- Once your project is complete, we will contact you concerning the shipment of your item. We will provide with you a Tracking Number and Insurance (if applicable). If you have questions concerning the shipment time and details, please contact us any time at contact@esignaturegifts.com

- Because we are a family-owned business, we know how important your private information is. Therefore, we will never give your information out to anyone, period.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you're not happy, we're not happy. We will do everything we can in advance, to work with you, show you pictures, answer any questions, and confirm the order details. However, if you receive your product, and it's not everything you expected, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to make it right.
- Payments Accepted
- We prefer Paypal - as it is the most secure for both buyers and sellers. Paypal can be used with or without an account, can process credit card transactions as well as payments from your bank account. On a pre-approved basis, we also accept money orders and purchase orders. Please contact us with any questions.
- Ordering
- Once you put your order in, we will be contacting you to confirm details of your project. We may need additional information or higher resolution pictures, so please provide us with accurate contact information so that we can get started on your project.
