Shipping & Delivery
Once your project is complete, we will contact you concerning the shipment of your item.  We will provide you with a Tracking Number and Insurance (if applicable).  If you have questions concerning the shipment time and details, please contact us any time at contact@esignaturegifts.com
Do you need your item(s) right away?  We also do expedited shipping (Express Mail, Priority Mail) - Please contact us and let us know your due date.
International Shipping - We do ship overseas on a case-by-case basis, so if you're interested, please contact us with the item(s) you are wanting, the type of personalization, and your address and we will contact you with the details and the shipping cost.  Please be aware that we have no control over, nor can we calculate Customs duties, fees and charges.  Buyers will be responsible for these charges.
Privacy & Security
Because we are a family-owned business, we know how important your private information is.  Therefore, we will never give your information out to anyone, period.
Returns & Replacements
If you're not happy, we're not happy.  We will do everything we can in advance, to work with you, show you pictures, answer any questions, and confirm the order details.  However, if you receive your product, and it's not everything you expected, please contact us immediately.  We will work with you to make it right.
Payments Accepted
We accept Paypal and Purchase Orders (pre-approved) only at this time.  If you are a school or organization that needs to do a purchase order, please contact us through email and we can discuss the details.

 We check our email throughout the day, every day - even on the weekends!  Paypal can be used with or without an account, can process credit card transactions as well as payments from your bank account.  
Ordering
Once you put your order in, we will be contacting you to confirm details of your project.  We may need additional information or higher resolution pictures, so please provide us with accurate contact information so that we can get started on your project.  If you have any problems during the order process, please email us at contact@esignaturegifts.com or rebecca@esignaturegifts.com and we will be glad to help you.  We try to conduct all our business online, through email, so that there are no mistakes.  We have found that verifying details over the phone can lead to omissions in details, and ultimately incorrect personalizations.  
Leaving Feedback
If you would like to leave feedback about our Customer Service, Fast Shipping, or the product you purchased, all you have to do is go to the Product page of the item you purchased, and click on "Add Your Review". You can do this as a guest or as a logged in customer.  We review all posts that come in before they show up not only to make sure they are from legitimate buyers, and not spam, but also to verify the purchase.  If you don't see your post showing up, please contact us.
